The easiest way to register for our IPMA certifications, events, and other activities is through our website. You can access the registration form by clicking the ‘Register’ button next to the specific activity in our event calendar.

Registration is binding for the specific level and certification round you have registered for. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made free of charge up to two weeks before the introduction

For cancellations or rescheduling made later than two weeks before the introduction, the following options are available for a fee*:

• Transfer your spot to another person
• Reschedule once (1) to a new certification round within 12 months of the originally scheduled date.

In the event of illness, you can reschedule your place free of charge by providing a medical certificate.

* SEK 2,800 excl. VAT. For rescheduling during an ongoing process, please refer to the price list above.

For full-time students, we offer a special rate for IPMA Level D certification:SEK 4,500 including VAT.
Additional fee for change or retake: SEK 1,000. To be eligible for the student discount, you must provide a valid student ID or other documentation confirming your full-time student status.

Payment is made by invoice. The invoice will be issued prior to the introduction.
Payment terms: 30 days.
Please note that certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received.

When applying for an IPMA certification, you consent to Svenskt Projektforum reporting your name, certification level, and certificate number to IPMA International and their international Register of certified professionals.

You may choose not to be listed in the database – please contact us if you wish to opt out.

No other personal data will be shared with third parties, and your data will not be subject to automated decision-making.

The certification is based on the Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) established by IPMA. All candidates are assessed against this standard by authorized assessors.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to apply for certification at a level where they meet the eligibility criteria, which includes:

• Documented experience meeting the requirements for the specific level
• A self-assessment aligned with the competence requirements of the level

The application must be fully completed upon submission. Please note that incomplete applications cannot be supplemented after submission.

IPMA certificates are valid for five (5) years. It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to monitor the certificate’s period of validity. You must have commenced your re-certification no later than six (6) months after the certificate has expired.

The re-certification takes place at the same level as your original certificate and includes:

• An introduction
• An update of your application

The candidate is responsible for providing the requested information in a timely manner to proceed with the certification process. The information provided must be truthful and accurate. Disseminating information from certification examinations or interviews is prohibited. This is to ensure fair assessments and maintain the integrity of the certification process.

It is only permitted to refer to the certification – whether in writing or orally – at the level to which the certificate applies, and only during its period of validity.

The certification must not be used in a manner that discredits or otherwise damages the certification body, nor may it be used to make statements or representations that could be perceived as unauthorized or misleading.

Upon revocation of the certificate or the expiration of its validity, all references to the certification must cease immediately on business cards, publications, catalogs, websites, and similar media.

A certificate may be withdrawn or disqualified upon re-certification if the holder violates the rules, guidelines, or ethical principles applicable to the certification.

The candidate is required to disclose any conflict of interest if there is a personal or professional relationship with one or more of the assessors assigned during the certification process. If no conflict of interest exists, this must also be confirmed. The purpose is to ensure an impartial and fair assessment.
