Forskning: Hur påverkar projektarbete den enskildes välbefinnande?

Forskningsgruppen inom projektledning från Handelshögskolan vid Universitetet i Agder i Norge jobbar just nu med ett arbete med temat: “The “dark side” of projectification: The impact of project work on the employees’ well-being”.

IN ENGLISH

The Project Management Research Group of the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder in Norway is currently conducting a research project on the subject “The “dark side” of projectification: The impact of project work on the employees’ well-being”. The aim of the study is to explore how project work exposure may affect employees’ well-being on the individual level. There has been little research on the relationship between project-work and employees’ well-being. This makes the topic highly relevant and interesting, and we believe that both businesses and individuals could benefit from our results. We would highly appreciate it if you take the time to answer our questionnaire. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to answer, and will be open until March 11, 2018.
