Level A – Certified Project Director
Role Description
– Acting on a strategic level within a very complex project environment.
– Responsible for very complex project which has a strategic impact on the organisation.
Eligibility
– A minimun of 5 years experience as a project manager in a responsible leadership function in very complex projects of wich at least 3 years at a strategic level.
– Complexity in Projects higher than 32 (see Complexity Score Model)
Certified Programme Director
Role Description

– Responsible for very complex programme which has a strategic impact on the organisation.

– A minimun of 5 years experience as a programme manager in a responsible leadership function in very complex programmes at a strategic level
OR
– A minimum of 4 years experience as a programme manager in a responsible leadership function in very complex programmes AND a minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager in a responsible leadership function managing very complex projects at a strategic level.
– Complexity in programme higher than 32 (see Complexity Score Model)
Certified Portfolio Director
Role Description
– Acing on a strategic level within a very complex portfolio environment.
– Responsible for very complex portfolio which has a strategic impact on the organisation.
Eligibility
– A minimun of 5 years experience as a portfolio manager in a responsible leadership function in very complex portfolios at a strategic level
OR
– A minimum of 4 years experience as a portfolio manager in a responsible leadership function in very complex portfilios AND a minimum of 3 years experience as a project or programme manager in a responsible leadership function managing very complex projects or programmes at a strategic level.
