Projekt har blivit det ett av de främsta verktygen för att driva förändringsarbete. Varje dag drivs dussintals, till och med hundratals, interna förändringsprojekt i stora eller medelstora organisationer. Men det finns ofta en ekonomisk utmaning, å ena sidan sparsamhet på kort sikt, men å andra sidan investera i framtiden på längre sikt.

I takt med att intressenternas förväntningar och regleringskraven angående hållbarhet ökar måste organisationer agera. Vid första anblicken kan hållbarhetslandskapet kännas komplext med de många befintliga ramverken, standarder och regler som gjorts för att operationalisera hållbarhetsbegreppet. Övergången till mer hållbara metoder och ett verkligt bidrag till global hållbarhet kräver ett holistiskt förhållningssätt och involverar hela företaget i hållbarhetsfrågan. The transition towards more sustainable practices and real contribution towards global sustainability requires a holistic approach and involves embedding sustainability throughout the company. Sten Söderberg, CEO, Planario and Thinking Portfolio Certified Partner will present his thoughts on how fulfilling sustainability requirements can strengthen business brand, influence risk management and taking good care of the most important resource for success, the employees. How to optimize strategic management, to support business-driven planning and decision-making based on a firm overall grasp?
